The Bellevue Festival of the Arts is a juried arts and crafts fair produced and sponsored by the Craft Cooperative of the Northwest. Our mission is to provide an equitable and supportive venue for artists and to donate all proceeds to local as well as global charities. Formerly called the “Rest of the Best Fest”.
